My original move-out date was 8/22/09, then I upped it to 8/13/09, now I'm upping it even more to 7/31/09. I think it's better because now I don't have to pack for the next month...just until next week! I still have some furniture I'd like to sell or lend to family/friends, so look for it on Craigslist.
After the furniture, it's just Sparky I have to worry about...and the list of potential long-term sitters/new owners is growing each day. I was thinking of having a "Sparky Selection Session", where all interested parties would meet in one place and we would let Sparky loose and whoever he chooses, that's his next owner/sitter.
What if he runs back to me?
