To Do List for Saturday Feb. 27 & Sunday, Feb. 28:

aIn the morning, look out apartment window to see if weather is OK for driving to mountains.

aBe concerned that strong winds are rattling windows.

aDecide to rent a car and enjoy the great mountain views.

aDrive 2 hours south to Oukaimeden ski resort.

aEat lunch at Chez JuJu.

aLook at hotels and pick most reasonable one to spend the night.

aSelect Le Courchevel, the least most reasonable one, with an open-air balcony and great view of the slopes.

aWalk to ski lifts and take a picture of a big, poofy cloud.

aPose for snowy photo.

aOn the way back to hotel, watch sheep crossing a stream.

aFall asleep staring at the full moon and dream of skiing.

aWake up next morning with no electricity and have a delicious, French continental breakfast with a view of the snow-covered mountains through the dining room window.

aDrive slowly down the mountain in heavy fog and rain.

aArrive home safely!
